This hotel was clean and simple and well located, walk to Sacre Coeur, Louvre, Lafayette

Great location, close to `` Cartier `` restaurant and bathroom was okay clean

Breakfast was really good. Location is excellent, 150m to the subway.

The site says the hotel staff speaks Russian. Not a single Russian-speaking staff member was present during the 5 days of stay.

No fridge. Not a very pleasant smell in the room.

Staff is friendly. hotel is in the yard, it was quiet at night. It's near the subway.

I liked it.

I liked that I could just walk out the door and be able to take the metro to all parts of the city, walk to excellent shops and to the Opera and also there is a wide variety of places to eat on the hotel's doorstep too.

It is a very good facility that Mondail offers in that wifi is available free in the hotel - however on the two occasions that I stayed there in the last month I found that the wifi did not work in the rooms I was allocated, when I came to the lobby it did work - it would be a simple matter to rectify this fault and it would certainly add to the guest's satisfaction.

Pleasant modern room

Room too dark, quite small, quite expensive

It was located close to a Metro station.

The parking is minimal and despite reserving in advance I had a battle to actually park, they only have 4 or 5 parking spots. The water temperature for the showers is unregulated and it can go from warm to cold to scaldingly hot within seconds. Actually on one morning there was no hot water at all so that is one way to avoid the problem. There was also a large party of Italian schoolchildren staying at the same time and they were noisy until late into the night and would gather in large groups around the door and entrance area with no sign of politeness to other guests so beware staying when a large group is also staying.

The service from one of the male receptionist who went out of his way to provide good information for us. Don't know his name but he was on the day shift & well turned out.

Lack of information re. hot drinks. Concern about escape in event of a fire.

The location was great, very central for the shops but the hotel was sub standard. I have stayed in better hotels in Paris for less money!

I liked convenient location and free wireless internet connection.
